We Expect our Referral Network Agents to:
- Be actively licensed and knowledgeable in their market areas)
- Be knowledgeable about Gay and Lesbian real estate, mortgage, and
legal issues
- Uphold the National Association
of REALTORS' strict Code of Ethics, if applicable. Click here for code of ethics.
- Be a member in good standing with their National, State and/or Local
Associations
- Not have any unusual legal suits or grievance issues filed with
their local or state associations or licensing authorities
- Protect and represent the client's best interests in regard to
purchasing/selling as an individual or as a same-sex couple
- Provide feedback on each closed/funded transaction to assist in our
on-going Quality Assurance and Market Assessment
- Identify themselves or their firms to RainbowReferrals.com as Gay,
Lesbian, Bi, Trans or Gay-Friendly
